Kodachrome: Revived in Black & White

Kodachrome, we’ve all seen it. The film stock’s rich color is easily recognizable.. Unfortunately, color processing is no longer available. But don’t hesitate to shoot any expired stock you find because we can still develop it!

It’s a shame to have to process the film without its most profound characteristic - its color. However, processing as black and white still yields a fantastic monochromatic look, boosting the films contrast and grain structure. These example photos were shot by photographer Adam Rindy, and the Kodachrome 64 was hand-processed here at Dexter’s Camera.
